Linoleic acid is the oil most recommended for acne-prone skin. This is because research has shown that acne sufferers have a lower concentration of linoleic acid on their skin's surface, which could be contributing to their clogged pores. Directions: Oils should be patted into the skin to ensure superior absorption of essential nutrients. Place 2-3 drops of the oil into the palm of your hand and warm the oil by gently rubbing your palms together and then push and press onto your (damp) face and neck. If using oil for the first time always do a “patch test” on a small area of skin first to check for any possible allergic reactions.
